About Me

For as long as I can remember, I knew I would be doing one of 2 things in my life – playing left field for the Los Angeles Dodgers or I would be in sales.  Since the Dodgers have yet to call my name on draft day, I have been selling for a very long time.  At first I thought I would own a pet store, but that never came to be.  However, I have sold groceries, jewelry, cold medicine, cars, copiers, swimsuits, t-shirts, and women’s clothes over the years, but eventually settled into a 26 year career selling Electronics.  After 2 years managing a corporate RadioShack, my wife and I purchased a RadioShack franchise, and in 1991 settled into Spearfish to run our store.

In the meantime, our love of home improvement began to grow, and an interest in buying homes and flipping them became more than a passing interest.  After a couple of successful flips, I knew at some point I would want to be in Real Estate full time.  Fast forward to 2015 and that dream is now a reality.  The same enthusiasm I have for buying and selling for myself is now a career, and I can promise you this – I will give you the same passion for your property – buying or selling – that I do for my own.
